1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Axis Drift website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Products & Availability

All products are made to order via our fulfilment partner. Product images are representative; slight colour variations may occur due to screen calibration and printing processes. We reserve the right to discontinue products or change specifications without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your card is charged at the time of order placement.

4. Order Processing

Each item is produced on demand. Production typically takes 2–3 business days, after which your order is dispatched. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking details when your order is dispatched. Production times may be longer during peak periods.

5. Delivery

Standard UK delivery is £3.99. Free delivery applies to orders over £60. Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch, giving a total of around 4–7 business days from order to door. Express delivery is available at checkout. International delivery is available at checkout; duties and taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Because all items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, we will offer a replacement or full refund. Please see our Returns Policy for full details. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Axis Drift name, logo, product designs, photography, and copy — is the intellectual property of Axis Drift and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axis Drift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of your most recent order.
