Damaged or Defective Items

Full replacement or refund within 14 days of delivery — no questions asked.

Change of Mind

As items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not available due to the made-to-order nature of our products. Please check our size guide before ordering.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Sizing Advice
