How long does delivery take?

Each item is made to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for production, followed by 2–4 business days for standard UK delivery — a total of around 4–7 business days from order to door. Express delivery is also available at checkout for faster dispatch. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on destination. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes — we offer free standard UK delivery on all orders over £60. Orders under £60 are charged at £3.99 for standard delivery.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your carrier name and a tracking link. You can also view your order status in your Account → Orders page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because each item is made to order, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order. Once production has begun, the order cannot be modified. Please contact us immediately at hello@axisdrift.com if you need to make a change.

How do I find my size?

Visit our Size Guide page for detailed measurements across all product categories. Each product page also links directly to the size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our size chart rather than going by your usual size, as fit can vary between styles.

What are your garments made from?

Our Core and Street collections use 100% ring-spun cotton or 80/20 cotton-polyester blends for hoodies and sweatshirts. Performance pieces use moisture-wicking polyester blends. Full fabric composition is listed on each product page.

How should I care for my AXIS DRIFT garment?

Machine wash at 30°C inside out, tumble dry on low, and do not iron directly on the print. This preserves both the fabric and the graphic design for longer.

Are the graphic designs printed or embroidered?

Accepted Answer

All graphic designs are applied using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, which produces vivid, detailed prints that are soft to the touch and wash-resistant. The small chest logo on select styles is embroidered.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from their description. Because every item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing — please use our Size Guide before ordering.

How do I start a return?

Visit our Returns page or email hello@axisdrift.com with your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and reason for return. We will provide a pre-paid returns label for defective items and respond within 2 business days.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.

What is the Design Selector?

The Design Selector allows you to choose a graphic design to be printed on your garment before adding it to your cart. Browse 200 designs across five style categories: Minimal, Street, Tech/Future, Athletic, and Premium Luxe.

Can I see how the design will look on my garment?

A preview of your selected design is shown in the Design Selector panel. For a more detailed view, click the design thumbnail to see a larger version. Full composite previews on the garment are coming soon.

What if I don't select a design?

If you do not select a design, your garment will be produced with the default AXIS DRIFT chest logo only.
